+ Why do I need a Pre-Sale Consultation?

Payment is required in full at time of booking.

+ What areas do you service?

We are based in the City of Knox and try to keep all of our clients within a 30km radius of this area. If you are unsure if your property is within this service area, feel free to email us with your location and we can let you know.

+ Do you offer partial Property Styling?

Yes. If you already have some great furniture suited to the property, we can add the finishing touches to give it the 'dream home' feel. Our partial styling services include advice on de-cluttering improved furniture placement and maximising space.

+ What will it cost?

Given each property is different, a price can only be given on inspection. Feel free to contact us to discuss your property and it's requirements.

+ Is there a partial refund if my property sells in less than 6 weeks?

No. Our inventory is allocated for 6 weeks and therefore the cost is the same regardless of how quickly the property sells.

+ When do I need to pay?

We require payment in full 2 days prior to installation. A small deposit is required at the time of booking.

+ Can I request certain pieces or a certain style for my property?

When engaging the services of South East Styling Co. we ask that you put your trust in our knowledge of the industry and the real estate market and give us the ability to style your home accordingly. Styling your home to suit the broadest market instead of personal tastes will ensure the most potential buyers through the door.
